Kick Your Butt Into Shape With 3 Butt Tightening Exercises

Who else wants three butt tightening exercises for toning and shaping your back side? Then let’s kick it into gear and see how you can effectively reduce unwanted fat and cellulite around your bottom.

If you’re serious about having rock hard glutes, then try these out!

Power lunges are phenomenal way to tighten your butt. Simply take a weighted barbell in each hand and step forward with one leg while lowering your butt to the ground. Now alternate the other leg. Make sure if this is the first time you try this to go slow. Start out with 15 repetitions each leg and the rest and complete two more sets. You might feel a little soreness in a few days, it’ s completely normal and will go away.

Strap yourself into the leg press machine and get ready for an incredible butt workout. This can only performed at the gym, unless you are lucky enough to have one at home. Put on enough weight where you will find it difficult to complete each repetition. You want to push up through your heels and you should have your feet firmly planted higher on the deck. Start out with 15 repetitions and then rest for 30 seconds and get back at it. Three sets should be perfect.

You are not going to melt all the fat away by muscle building alone. You are going to have to suck it up and perform some cardiovascular exercise. I highly suggest using an elliptical machine at least three times a week for 30 minutes. Make sure you increase the incline so you are targeting your bottom and the back of your thighs.

All these exercises will put you on the path of success. And it is the perfect way to begin tightening you butt. You will also need to clean up your diet to maximize your results. Which means lean cuts of protein and no carbohydrates after six at night. Drink plenty of fluids and you should see a firmer more shapelier back side in a few weeks.
